Dec. 8th, 2018 10:58 amI'm not exactly sure what I should be posting here. I mean, it's been a while since I've used a site like this. Years ago, I deleted my dreamwidth account, and I'm regretting it because it felt like I had been here forever.
I remember the livejournal purge, and the subsequent move to tumblr. It felt like livejournal wasn't the same, especially after the buyout. But here, here is good. Dreamwidth feels true to form, and if at all possible, I hope to meet some nice people here.
A lot has changed since I've used a platform like this. I have a full-time position that allows my mental health to have a good rest, I have stopped trying to keep my hair so long, shorter is better, easier to manage, reduced my headaches, and in all honesty I'm simply too old to care now.
Things are on the up and up for me personally, and I hope they continue to improve with this radically changing internet and world landscape.
